The hotel experience was incredibly disappointing. Despite a reservation for a non-smoking room made a week in advance, I arrived to find there was no room available for me. Customer service was lacking, making the whole experience very frustrating. The overall cleanliness and comfort of the room were also far from acceptable, as I would have preferred to sleep outside rather than on their filthy carpet.
My stay at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. The rooms were filthy, and it felt like I was sleeping on a rock with terrible pillows. The customer service staff were extremely rude and dismissive. The location is not ideal either, and I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here unless you have no other options. It was truly one of the worst experiences I've ever had while traveling.
